This project is a conversion and extension of a building dating back to 1910, which is retained as the main entrance. Dietrich Untertrifaller's work creates a large 'L' shaped building with four floors of accommodation above ground located over a basement parking garage. Internally a linear atrium opens up the space drawing light down into the plan.
