LEE Residential Housing
This is a housing block with an open plan and essentially organised shell: the living division of which can be freely chosen by the client. The orientation of the house can be decided by whoever uses it. Morning sun, afternoon sun and a new orientation are all possible. The service spaces are all compactly organised in the core, which makes room for an enormous bathroom. An elementary, comfortable window bench invites you to take a seat. This bench lies on the same level as the balcony. Sunlight streams in through the elevated timber balcony deep into the house.
