As an entrance building to the newly created operating area Wolfurt 2, the building radiates prominence through sublime stringency and economical but high quality set of materials . The aluminum-glass facade takes color, tonal values, of the environment, causes unmistakable identity among users and viewers and documents the standards of today's modern office and working culture. The materials of the facade are limited to anodized aluminum, neutral tinted sunscreen glass and black-faced concrete. Access happens through a spatially attractive staircase. At the Ground-floor level you may find a restaurant with 200 seats, which serves the entire operating area. In the office floors optimal modular usability is given by the enabling of any major market-related units based on 1.25 m grid. Technically, the maximum energy efficiency is achieved by connecting the heater to an existing wood chip plant.
