Study and re-design of the Viteux grounds and project assistance within the framework of a PPP, issued by the De Pinte municipal council. 28 houses grouped in three blocks with underground parking, around a North-South axis. This project aims at affordable, contemporary homes and a social mix of young families, seniors and persons with disabilities in accordance with the principles of lifelong living. In the framework of sustainable and adaptable building, this building is fully accessible even from the underground car park. An ingenious and flexible plan also ensures that the apartments become 100% wheel chair accessible.
