This building serves as a distribution centre and as the headquarters of De Condé tyres. Located on an industrial site, the building sets itself back and creates room in front for trucks and parking places. On the left hand side the offices where created, once entered the building you find an airy atrium on which the offices are placed. On the right hand side the distribution centre is located.
