The Today Art Museum is Beijing's first non-governmental and non-profit art museum. The museum has advanced facilities and focuses on China's art development with a modern vision. Chinese architect Yung Ho Chang transformed this former boiler house into a sales office for apartments in 1999. His colleque Wang Hui in turn transformed the building into the museum it is now in 2006.

How to get there? Subway: Guomao Station. By bus: Get off at Shuangjing Station (or Gas Engine Factory). Then walk about 300m to the north. You'll arrive at the crossing of Baiziwan road. Walk along the road for about 600m, there you'll see the museum.
