A newly built apartment block located in the vicinity of the centre of the town of Prostejov, on one of the town's main routes, Olomoucká street. The house is divided into two blocks on a shared base that accommodates the entrances, parking garage and services. The main block fills the vacant space in the street front, the smaller part is situated in a quiet courtyard. The signature feature of the simple building with white facade is the colour accent with the glass in the staircase hall that creates a colourful mosaic, bringing a fresh spring feel to the interior despite the busy and dusty street outside of the wall. The play of colors stretches deep into the building, where composite multicoloured aluminium panels are prominent.
