The Østerhåb Church is situated on a small hill in a residential area in the outskirts of Horsens, Jutland. The church is placed on a wide plaza with a big staircase oriented to the west, where a big glazed roof marks the main entrance to the church. The plaza is to function as a neighbourhood meeting place. Both the interior as well as the exterior is light, and the materials are mainly white plastered brick walls, zinc, concrete and ash.
