This is both an architectural and urban project. It covers an area of 15 hectares between the Tete d'Or Park and the Rhône river. The program consists of office and residential buildings, a congress centre, a hotel, a casino, a multi-screen cinema complex and a museum of contemporary art. The modular schema is composed of pairs of double skin buildings with layers of terracotta and glass.
