Exactly one year after the laying of the foundation stone on 30 April 2009 the ceremonial hand-over of keys to the individual tenants of the office property Looper took place in the Duisburg Inner Harbour. The building with its distinctive oval shape extends on five office floors and two parking levels with a total of 16,000 sqm gross floor area. The core of the new building with its curved glass and aluminium facade forms the central, landscaped courtyard on the 2nd Floor.
