location Stuttgart
function library
contributed by AndreiP

The building takes the form of a cube with an edge length of 45 meters. The form and symmetry of entrance of the building was inspired by the "Cenotaph for Newton" by Étienne Boullée, but the heart and core of the library follows the design of the ancient pantheon. The project is impressive through the contrast between outward simplicity and the variety of types of interior spaces that can be explored like a labyrinth.
