Suzlon One Earth Corporate Headquarters

The Suzlon One Earth Corporate Headquarters project is an engineering marvel in all respects including excellent architectural design, and seamless integration with building services based on the essential green building concepts of energy efficiency and sustainability. This is a Zero Energy Project. Suzlon strives to demonstrate energy efficiency, sustainability as part of their work ethics. Suzlon is committed to generate Green power and create for its people a great place to work. This building houses about 2300 inhabitants. The built up area of the project is 816,171s.ft. The buildings are all Ground+2 levels except the Corporate House which is Ground+3. Suzlon One Earth has achieved Platinum level certification standards and over 154 KW produced on site (5% of its annual energy use) with a total incremental cost of about 11%. There are no other LEED certified buildings with this level of certification and on-site renewable energy that have achieved this kind of cost efficiency.
