This new contemporary office building sits in a highly significant position in the city. The fundamental concept of building is rooted in its immediate urban context, relating to St. Stephen’s Green, the Hugeunot Cemetery and the 18th century Georgian streetscape. The building respects the existing street line and makes formal reference to the tradition of set-back and entrance detailing of Dublin's great historic buildings and squares.
