This sports centre is a combination of the Academy of Physical Education and a Health Club. The Architect chose for two programs under one roof to make a dynamic interaction between the different user groups possible.
The architects developed a transparent spatial concept that not only encourages the interaction between the school and the club, but also the interaction between the various educational functions among themselves. In the spatial and functional design the architect deliberately used surprising voids and lines of sight, creating a close relationship between the theory and practice. This contributes to building the educational vision, based on the idea of "seeing is learning. The synergy between the user groups play an important role in the architectural design. Through the activities in the building visible to the building reflects the vibrant, dynamic character of its young users.
