This apartment building stands on an extremely small plot between The Hague Central Station, the Dutch Royal Libray's Archive building and the Prince Bernardviaduct. The building stands on high legs above an busy public route, which connects on the viaduct and central station. This frees up the area below and offers space for the main entrance, health centre, storage rooms and car park. The plan of the tower has the form of a trapeze: wide towards the west and narrow towards the east. The tower houses 115 luxury apartments, of approximately 120 sqr. meters, with a grand view over The Hague. The façade is wholy cladded with glass in steps of about 10 centimetres on the exterior to ensure a striking composition that gives the building a slight crystalline impact.
