This project consists of 28 ateliers, 11 houses and 1 exposition space. The complex is located on a small strip of land between the railway tracks and the 'Hefveld', which was made available by the city of Eindhoven because there was a lack of studios or ateliers in the city. The most noticeable is the functional use of materials. The prefabricated construction of the ateliers was originally used for military structures.
