This housing complex with shops on the ground floor stands between the Catherina Church and the Dynamo. This building creates a loop in the center. Shoppers in the Rechtestraat can walk in a logical way through to the entrance of the large mall (Heuvel galerie). Simultaneously there is also a main route in the entertainment district created, because the visitors to the Stratumseind can now walk along Catharinaplein and Catherine House to the catering outlets at the market. The Belgian architect Vandenhove is known for his historicist architecture, which he incidentally always gives a modern twist. Also in this building is the classic organization reflected of a base, a vertically oriented facade and cornice.
