Hazendans
Surrounded by four streets, 16 patiohouses are designed, which own both a formal entrance and a rear-entrance. The presence of these two entrances, located on the sides of the buildings, create rather long and narrow lots and the houses all have a wide view towards the garden. The houses are built in turns, which creates a larger space considering urban development.
The ground level is intended to be used as a living level, while the rooms on the first level are intended to be used as bedrooms. The rooms of the ground level are grouped around a screen of reglit-glass, which separates the hall from the living-room.
