The building includes several offices with meeting rooms, a showroom and a storage possibility.
By placing the entrance, the lift and the staircase in the centre of the building, it allows a very multifunctional use.
The four split-level floors are separated by glass. Each level has a beautiful view at the canal, through the glass curtain wall at the street side.
The low continuing windows on the opposite side, have permanent exterior sun blinds.
The roofing has integrated photovoltaic solar cells to generate electricity, while cooling and heating is created by the ground source heat pump.
