This is one of MVRDV’s first realized designs: three plastic entrance buildings to the National Park De Hoge Veluwe. All are designed to their surroundings and differ in shape and material. The buildings are completely made out of one material -successively brick, corten-steel and wood. Originally one lodge was designed in glass, but later changed into corten steel. They are positioned near the three entrances of the park, in Otterloo, Hoenderloo and Schaarsbergen. For the exact three locations see the site of the park.
