The tower is located at the west entrance of Roermond and is the most visible building right next to the bridge and at the city side of the Maas river. It is also just at the point where the river Roer flows into the Maas. It is designed by Italian architect and professor Adolfo Natalini in cooperation with Dutch architect Corinne Schrauwen. The building has 12 floor levels with luxury offices and a car-park with deck for 68 cars. It is part of a complex of office buildings and a parking garage which includes an office buildng with a smaller tower also designed by architect Natalini right next to the tower.
