The Transformer House forms part of the former Schiecentrale electricity power station in Rotterdam. In 10 years the entire complex will be transformed into the studio and media complex of Rotterdam. The Transformer House has been extended with a glazed extension. The existing large tall spaces have been converted into a brasserie, hotel and office. The glazed extension contains the stairwell, offices and the hotel suite.

How to get there? Tram 8 (from Central Station with direction Spangen) stops in front (stop: Pieter de Hooghweg). Metro Coolhaven is 5 minutes walking. At 2 minutes walking there is also a place to park your boat, or to get of the water-taxi. You can park your car in front of the hotel (paid).
