In this plan, The Lupine, existing stairwell dwellings are demolished, to make place for 120 houses in the social rent and ownership sector. The design is focussed on flexibility in the floor plans and in the façades to give the inhabitants a large diversity of houses, ánd to prevent that this new plan also has to be demolished too early. The two building blocks are situated next to a park, on one side, and a street on the other. The new housing has got different heights, type of houses and different ways to enter the building. All these different elements make sure that the new housing is closely connected to its diverse context.
