The building Willemswerf is located on a narrow strip between the busy street ‘Boompjes’ and the Scheepsmakershaven behind it. It is 88 m high, and has a remarkable diagonal kink or crack at the river side. This is derived from the street pattern. The façade is made with prefabricated elements, of 3,6 by 3,6 meter, to which white enameled tiles are attached.
