This is a commercial A-class office building with retail on the ground floor. The design by Grupa 5 was chosen in a competition. Standing on a one-storey plinth, the building consists of three independent segments housing office lobbies, retail and restaurants. The exterior façades are made of stone and glass, whereas the interior façades are glazed (text from architects' website).
