The main function of this building is a higher standard of office and retail space. Open space rooms can be converted with divisions into individual office modules. The total area of the building is 6207 square meters (66808 sq. feet). There are eight floors, including a underground level. The ground floor is divided into two separate parts with a walk-through tunnel connecting Ofiar Oswiecimskich Street with Olawska Street. The western part is accessible from Szewska Street, while the eastern part has an entrance at Laciarska Street. Both sections are appointed with independent staircases connecting all floors. Extra entrances to both parts of the building are located in the walk-through tunnel. The central part is equipped with two lifts accessible for disabled people. Underground level, the ground floor and the second floor are structurally designed to be equipped with escalators. The top floor offers apartments with kitchen corners.
