Atrium Saldanha
Gathering in a harmonic way classic lines, new materials and technologies that are distinctive of Ricardo Bofill's architecture, Atrium Saldanha has been thought of becoming an icon building in the city of Lisbon. The offices, designed in accordance with the highest quality standards, are located in the top 9 floors, with areas that range from 60 m2 to 3.700 m2, served by 4 independent elevators. The shopping area, located in the 3 base floors, is composed of 95 shops and served by a panoramic internal elevator.
This unique building, located in the Praça Duque de Saldanha, is a nowadays the symbol of a renewed Lisbon, and was already awarded with several prizes, among them are: "Excellence Prize for Integrated Architecture Conception and Interior Design", "Best Development of the Year - 1997", "Ambelis Prize - 1997", "Secil's Civil Engineering Prize - 1999" and the "City's Arquitecture Valmor Prize - 2001".
