Civic centre of Custóias

The Centro Cívico de Custóias is a two storey building for cultural events with space for reading, computer courses, meetings and functional rooms for exposition and theatre, with seating for 100 people. It has an outdoor space with trees, protected from environmental noise. The outside has gradations shades of gray, in the interior a lot of different colours are used, to create a cinematic effect. The windows and voids in the exterior façade seem to cover 4 floors, but are in fact placed in such a way to cause a 'geometric distortion'.
