This building is part of the restauration of an old building that faced the square in front of the castle of Moura. The intervention meant to create new façades in some of the historical streets, while providing commercial space on the inside. The main feature of this building is the way the façade is constructed. By using simple openings, the architects created a façade system that tends to be very expressive on sunny summer days. In the interior, a public patio was created resembling a cloister.
