Situated in the heart of the city of Porto, the proposal of Artur Andrade continues his development of the expressionist line with a curve façade that creates movement and great dynamics in tension with the glass façade that defines the corner of the square in a futuristic style. It was a very polemic building when constructed (1946) because of the fascist regime. Today it works as a lounge bar, a restaurant and a cinema/theatre.
