This project is incorporated in the old market building of the old town of Sintra. The exhibit complex is a dynamic structure which presents the collection in a non-linear way, allowing the observer to have different readings of the exhibition. This main idea works as a horizontal plan structure which has an organic form as a metaphor of nature, the foundation of all components of the exposure. The main structure of the project are the two exhibition walls which organize the permanent exhibition room in the lower level. The entrance level is organized by a modular system that will work in temporary exhibitions and other events.
