The building is located in the northern suburbs of Bucharest. As the owner is the Romanian Football Federation, the building is thought to be a centre where Romanian footballers can relax and train. The sober building, with strong accents of the new Romanian modernism (an echo of the golden era of Romanian architecture, the inter war period) is animated by vertical stripes of colour.
