The front façade of this commercial centre, viewing Kutuzovskiy Prospekt, consists of alternating, chequerwise showcases and panels, the latter evenly perforated with square bores in them. These have computer-controlled, light-emitting diodes placed inside, allowing to create pictures of dot lights. The glasses of the windows are slightly turned at the top for those coming from the city, at the bottom for those coming up to the centre from the other direction. This way they catch the attention of the passer-by.
