Mas de Pitois is an old house in the bird park of Sebes, beside the River Ebre, between the towns of Mora d'Ebre and Flix. This museum is dedicated to the memory of the old ‘Sirga Way’, which is the way that the people used the river in the past to transport things up along the river. The old shed has been renovated, uniform spaces in a single room, creating a new deck, with the slope towards the river, built as the old farmhouses. The main house is reformed to accommodate a classroom of nature and conferences, which will be managed by the Sebes bird park, and complementary services. The project recover the old stone walls, and arrange the later additions, covering the walls made of brick. The tour begins entering a dark room, illuminated by fiber optic points on the ceiling, simulating a starry sky, while a video is projected on an ancient sailing.
