This is another social housing project in the Vallecas district of Madrid, designed by Somos Arquitectos. In this case, the main skin is an opal, polycarbonate façade with panels perforated with circles in different configurations. The building dissapears in the corner. The three upper levels, floating in the air, are held by one floor-high, reinforced concrete beams. All the main finishes are made in plastic materials, including indoor and outdoor lighting, interior rubber floorings, etc.
