House Alta

The house is located 15 minutes from Stockholm city center. Strict building regulations, that only allowed a small triangular part of the site to be built, in combination with a rough site helped to shape the volume. The area is 160 square meters divided on two floors. The characteristic shape defines two spaces for a kitchen and living area on the ground floor and creates a natural plan for the bedrooms and a library on the upper floor. The building is constructed partly in site concrete and partly in thermo blocks.
