The Achslengut Residences in Sankt Gallen are compact housing 'clusters' with interior circulation and projecting balconies. The orientation of the buildings is important as the composition is based on the views over Lake Constance. Glass sliding elements are located in front of the apartments, some transparent, others translucent, thus providing clear separation between public and private interests (text from website architects).
