University of Sankt Gallen
This project began life as the School of Economic and Social Sciences, later expanding and changing its name to the University of Saint Gallen. The original five buildings are located at the heart of the campus on Rosenberg HIll. Simple, low-rise rectangular forms, sharing a common architectural language of board-marked concrete and powder coated metal, interlock via terracing and the landscape. Besides the architecture, the campus is famous for its art collection, which features works by, amongst others, Arp, Calder, Giacometti, Miro and Tapies all arranged in a series of special spaces both inside and outside the buildings.
