Placed in the town center of Urla, at a location to be developed as a commercial site above the underground parking lot, which was formerly the bus station, the shopping center is designed as a passage way connecting the main transportation arteries of the urban pattern as well as the different elevations of surrounding spaces. The design of the shopping center is aimed at supporting the function and enriching the spatial layout of the square, which is to serve as an official ceremony area, a transit area, a promenade and a meeting place.
