This two-storey residence is also the home office of F & F Architects International, Inc. It is constructed of reinforced concrete, including all the flat roofs for high hurricane resistance and it incorporates impact glass throughout. The site is a triangular shape with a lake at its rear point; a deck cantilevers over the water.
