One Madison Park

One Madison Park is CetraRuddy's new 50-story addition to New York's skyline. The graceful 618 foot high building is dark bronze glass which relates to the limestone and masonry Flatiron neighbourhood. The lower is punctuated by five 6-story pods of clear and white glass that add articulation to the tower while giving residents 270 degree views. Loggia residences, located at the rooftop of each pod, provide outdoor private terraces, surrounded by elegant glass rails. The seventy homes within the tower enjoy the amenities of a spa and pool, outdoor terrace facing the historic Madison Square Park, wine cellar and butler service. (text from architects' website)
