This is an office tower which the transnational company Hewlett Packard shares with the local bank Banco de Venezuela. It consists of a 20-storey structure on the corner of Avenida Francisco Miranda with 2da Avenida of the Los Palos Grandes. Along with other buildings in the neighbourhood, it constitutes one of the financial sites in the city.
