Seven 50-storey blocks comprising of 1848 units, occupy only 2.5 Ha of land. It is home to 8000 residents, thrice the density of a normal housing estate precinct. This superdensity project is an important demonstration of the live-ability of high-rise high-density housing. Sky gardens reclaim land in the air by weaving the blocks with a vertical system of gardens on the 26th and 50th storey. The sky bridges allow for more efficient sharing of services like water tanks and the fa├žade maintenance unit. The park on the ground is built on an architectural surface that is a topological manipulation to conceal the three levels of car park and building services in a new architectural hill. This raised new ground mediates between the private and public realm. The towers are 90% prefabricated. The facade is composed with 10 modules creating a highly differentiated facade using an undifferentiated construction system.
